pando

i have a cat named panda.  she looks like a boy cat that decided he lives here too.  we named him pando.  there is another cat that comes around that looks like them, but he is big.  we call him giant pando.  today i learned about the pando forest.  i knew about it, but i didn't know it was called pando. it is a forest of trees all connected by one root system.  one organism.  like the pandos.  like all of us.  like everything.  made of the same matter and connected by the air we breath, the earth we share, the beating of our hearts.
